Online Billing Information for Ease and Convenience

Billing history enables you to view details on your usage and payment for up to 13 months. When you choose to "View Only" with TXU E-Bill, you can:

• View your TXU Energy bills online
• Start saving your bills online to view or print at a later date
• Print your account information for tax purposes.

How it Works

Once you enroll, you'll be able to view all the billing details available with TXU E-Bill. Billing information and billing history can be viewed anytime you need to. You will receive an e-mail each month telling you when your bill is ready to view.

You'll need the following information to register:

• Your TXU Energy account number and associated Zip code.
• Your full name, home and work telephone number, birth date, and e-mail address.

Note: Billing history reflects bills presented online after your registration. Billing history does not include bill details for months prior to registration for viewing your bill.
